A balanced scorecard is a conceptual framework used to translate an organization's vision into a set of performance indicators, including measures of: Financial Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Internal Business Processes, and Learning and Growth. Both current performance and efforts to learn and improve can be monitored using these measures.
